Annual herbaceous plant with bright green leaves and pinkish-white flowers. Hermaphrodite, the flowers are grouped in umbels with a short petiole; the flowering is scaly, the stems erect, thin and branched, are 60 to 70 cm tall. The fruits (the so-called seeds) are almost globular, consisting of two halves, monosemiform mericarps, with a very aromatic flavor; they are bright green in color, turning yellow-brown when ripe.

American long standing

This variety is a tall plant that goes to seed slowly. The plants grow well in mild and subtropical climates. The young leaves and stems have a relatively delicate aroma, excellent for salads and garnishes.
Moroccan type
Number of seeds: 1 g = 65 seeds
This variety has a high seed productivity and the fruits are large. This type of coriander can also be found as monogerm (split seeds).
